Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund for any subscription plan if you request it within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Low-Cost Trial or Promotional Pricing

Case-by-Case Refunds or Subscription Extensions

In some circumstances, we may consider partial refunds or extending your subscription period on a case-by-case basis. These requests will be evaluated at our discretion. If you believe you have a special case, please reach out to our customer support team.

Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased Clario through a third-party provider (e.g., App Store, Google Play, a reseller, or a service provider), your refund eligibility may differ. We cannot process refunds for purchases made through third-party platforms.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your request, your refund should be processed and reflected in your account within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
