We want you to love Clario, but if you're not satisfied, here’s how refunds work.
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund for any subscription plan if you request it within 14 days of your initial purchase.
Low-Cost Trial or Promotional Pricing
- Your initial subscription payment may be offered at a discounted or promotional rate. Subsequent payments may be subject to higher prices as outlined in your subscription plan or as updated by us.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current subscription period via your account settings or by contacting us at support@weareclario.com.
- Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. Refunds are only available within the first 14 days of your initial purchase.
- If you enrolled in a low-cost trial and are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund.
Case-by-Case Refunds or Subscription Extensions
In some circumstances, we may consider partial refunds or extending your subscription period on a case-by-case basis. These requests will be evaluated at our discretion. If you believe you have a special case, please reach out to our customer support team.
Third-Party Purchases
If you purchased Clario through a third-party provider (e.g., App Store, Google Play, a reseller, or a service provider), your refund eligibility may differ. We cannot process refunds for purchases made through third-party platforms.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@weareclario.com.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your request, your refund should be processed and reflected in your account within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
What Happens After a Refund?
Once your refund is processed:
- Your access to Clario applications and services will be terminated.
- Any associated features will no longer be available.
- We recommend uninstalling Clario to avoid any potential issues.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
