Subscription Policy

Effective date: 17.12.2025

This Subscription Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral part of our Terms of Use and governs your purchase, use, renewal, cancellation, and refund rights related to any subscription-based services (“Subscription” or “Service”). By purchasing or accessing a Subscription, you agree to be bound by this Policy.

1. Subscription Plans

We offer various Subscription plans that provide continuous or periodic access to digital content, features, and services. Plan details—including pricing, billing frequency, and included features—are presented at checkout or within the mobile application. We reserve the right to modify available plans at any time.

2. Free Trials and Introductory Offers

2.1. Free Trials

We may offer free or paid trial periods. Where a trial is available, this will be clearly disclosed on the purchase screen. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial period, your Subscription will automatically convert into a paid plan, and the applicable subscription fee will be charged.

2.2 Introductory or Discounted Offers

We may offer promotional, introductory, or reduced-fee offers, including paid offers. Amounts paid for such offers are refundable. If a promotional or introductory offer converts into a subscription, the resulting subscription charge is treated as the initial purchase and remains eligible for a refund in accordance with our 14-day money-back guarantee, calculated from the date the subscription charge is made. After the applicable 14-day refund period has expired, subsequent renewal charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

2.3 Bundled Purchases

Non-renewing bundles grant one-time access to multiple apps or services subscription bundles provide ongoing access and auto-renew until canceled. Refunds for bundles must be requested within 14 days of purchase and cover only the full bundle, not individual items. Bundle pricing, availability, and terms may change; purchase constitutes acceptance of the terms at the time of purchase.

3. Automatic Renewal and Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually), unless cancelled. By completing your purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees at the applicable rate, including any future price adjustments communicated in advance and in accordance with this Policy.

We are not responsible for overdraft fees, insufficient funds fees, or other charges imposed by your payment provider.

4. Cancellation

4.1. How to Cancel

If you purchased a subscription or enabled trial on App Store: You can cancel a trial or a subscription anytime by turning-off autorenewal through your Apple ID account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or then-current subscription period. If you purchased a subscription or enabled trial on Google Play: You can cancel a trial or a subscription anytime by turning-off auto-renewal through your Google Play account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or the current subscription period. You alone can manage your subscriptions. If you purchased a subscription or enabled a trial on our website: To avoid automatic renewal, cancel your subscription before the end of the current period. You may cancel via your account settings or by emailing support@weareclario.com. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

4.2. Effect of Cancellation

Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, except where required by applicable law or explicitly provided in this Policy. After cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of the period already paid for.

5. Refund Policy

a) Direct Purchases. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Clario subscriptions purchased directly from us. To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the initial purchase.

b) Third-Party Purchases. For purchases made via third parties (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, authorized resellers), refund policies are governed by those providers. We cannot process refunds for such transactions.

To get a refund from Apple, visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a request. For Google Play, use the "Request a refund" form on the Google Play Help site.

6. Termination for Violations

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Use, misuse of the Service, or fraud, no refund will be provided.

7. EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal

7.1. Waiver of Withdrawal Right for Immediate Access

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from digital service contracts. However, by purchasing a single item of digital content, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day withdrawal right.

7.2. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

Where you have not lost your right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you enter into that contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email: support@weareclario.com, of your decision to withdraw from a contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, you need to send your communication to us saying you wish to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires.

Model Withdrawal Form: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of the following service: [name of the app/ subscription/ etc.]

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update or modify this Subscription Policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

9. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation?

To request a refund or cancel your Subscription, please contact us at support@weareclario.com and include:

  • The email associated with your account;
  • Purchase receipt or Order ID (if available);
  • The reason for your request

Refund review begins once we receive all required information.
